San Francisco Bay Area, Benicia, CA

I am a maternity, newborn and family photographer specializing in telling your family’s story.  My in-home photography studio is located in Benicia, California.  

Benicia is a suburb found within the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We are located 35 miles outside of San Francisco in the East Bay and a 15 minute drive from Walnut Creek.

Benicia is a charming small town, with a downtown that people from all over come to for a “great day by the bay“.

There are many restaurants and shops in town that are definitely worth a visit! We like to think of Benicia as a hidden gem located in the middle of the Bay Area.

The studio is a welcoming, brightly lit room that includes a small sitting area, a shooting area, and a client bathroom. It is a relaxing environment, made to care for the needs of new parents. We have a diaper organizer with disposable changing pads, extra diapers, cream, burp cloths and even pacifiers. Hopefully if you forget something for your session, we have an item you can use!

There is a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator holding drinks & snacks. There are a few small toys available for older siblings. There is also access to dresses for mom in our client closet. We have all the outfits, wraps, headbands, and hats that are needed for a baby session.

We are about a one minute walk from Starbucks and a three minute walk to City Park.  We affectionately call it the “wooden park” for it’s amazing wooden play structure.  

These amenities are perfect for those little ones who need a break from their new baby’s photo shoot or for a nice lunch by the bay after your session is over.
